Everything you need to know for a smooth, stress-free arrival.
Whether it’s your first visit or your fourth, we want arriving at ScanLinc to feel easy and calm. No guessing games, no awkward waiting around, just clear directions and a warm welcome.
We’re based at Greetwell Place Business Centre in Lincoln, just a few minutes from the city centre.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
During main hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
Head through the Main Reception at Greetwell Place. Let the friendly team at the desk know you’re here to see ScanLinc, and they’ll buzz us to let us know you’ve arrived.
Outside of those hours (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)
Reception will be closed, but don’t worry, you’re in the right place.
Here’s what to do:
Follow the road through the car park to the right of the building and drive past the 5mph sign.
Park near the ScanLinc sandwich board sign; this is our private entrance.
There’s no access to the building before your appointment time, so we ask that you wait in your car or nearby and reply to the confirmation text or email from us.
We’ll call you as soon as it’s time and direct you to the entrance. (Please don’t approach the entrance early, it helps us maintain privacy for the appointment before yours.)
PRIVACY & RESPECT
Not everyone who walks through our door is having a joyful scan. Some appointments are sensitive or emotional, and we work hard to protect that privacy.
That’s why we ask all visitors to please:

Arrive on time - not too early, and definitely not late.

Wait in your vehicle or at a discreet distance if another appointment is finishing.

Keep phone calls and conversations low-volume while near the clinic.
We appreciate your care and understanding. It helps us keep this space calm, respectful, and safe for everyone.
PARKING & ACCESS

Free parking is available right outside our private entrance.

The clinic is step-free and fully accessible.

You’re welcome to bring someone with you, just let us know in advance if you’re attending alone and might need additional support.
