Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because life happens, and we get that.

We know things don’t always go to plan, and sometimes you may need to change or cancel your appointment. That’s absolutely fine, we just ask for a little notice so we can offer the slot to someone else who might need it.

Here’s how our policy works:

Cancelling with 48+ hours’ notice

Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

 

Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice

If you cancel with less than 48 hours but more than 1 hour before your appointment, we’ll refund 50% of your payment.

Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations

If we receive less than 1 hour’s notice, or you don’t show up for your appointment, we’re not able to offer a refund.

How to cancel:
Please let us know by replying to your confirmation email or calling the clinic directly on 01522 244110. (You don’t need to cancel via the booking platform unless you want to.)

Refunds are usually processed within 3 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
